The organization was created and registered in June 2012 under registration number 0218/051/12-0256/8162 (at the N.G.O. Council Board) to meet the need of the local community but later extended to other communities when the founder realized most communities faces the same challenges hence it focused to source the country as a whole.

The initiative was in response to the great growth in the number of children joining primary school with the advent of free primary education introduced by the Kenya government in the year 2002.

The increase of school going children exposed the poverty and desperation of the Kenya pupils and students. It is estimated that the growth of school going children was about 40% all over the country in 2004. In view of this case, the existing capacity to take care of the less privileged children in our society especially the bright children in primary school, secondary school and other higher learning institution fell short by approximately the same percentage or more hence denying the les privileged children reaming in school especially joining high school and other institution of learning.

This price precipitated the formation of the organization to try and compliment if not filling in the gap that the government and other stake holders do in helping the needy in the society, in view of this it`s organization resolve to expand the already stated effort by other stake holder in the society of coming to the rescue of bright but needy pupils and students in the society with the long term objective of enabling the students remain in school by identifying rescuing, protecting and supporting the education of bright but less privileged pupils and students so as to give them a future to be proud of.

Our funding has been coming from citizens of good will and has helped children schooling within: Kiambu, Murang`a, Nyeri, Meru and Kitui counties. The organization intend to cover more counties in future. The scholarships are only enough to cover their basic requirement while in school. Specifically we try to source and provide to rural schools for children textbooks, teaching aids uniforms and where applicable computer software and paying of fees.
